We had a warm welcome and a spacious King Studio with all the essentials. The bed was super comfy, which is a big deal for my back issues. Just a heads-up, the shower pressure wasn’t the strongest, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us!

Fantastic base for exploring Gisborne. Lovely place with superfriendly employees from 0800hrs management. Beautiful and lovely location, a near by tavern on Saturday night. And very close to everything-especially wedding venue and bride's house and shopping centre, and 4 Square and other essentials. Modern, decent sized rooms provided with clean towels, single beds, the bathroom😀

The setting was unbeatable, close to Gisborne for nieces wedding, great time, spacious accommodation, the town centre and airport. It also was to far from town center.

Great facilities and super clean rooms! The bed was really comfy, and the lounge area was spacious. Conveniently located near the hospital and shops, and the staff were really cute. I loved that they took the time to clean and even put away the dishes.

Cleanliness of the room. The cards ie. about the dishes this I found to be very good. I also found th chippies nuts & drinks to be a great touch (although we need not require them) but who knows next time and yest I would chose to return with or without a family unit.

Great room with a cozy feel and spacious layout. The cleaning left something to be desired. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. The smell of cooking lingered in the air, which wasn't pleasant. Encountered some disturbances with attempted door openings during the night, causing unease. The heating and air conditioning worked well, and the facility had a nice pool area. Check-in was smooth and the staff was accommodating. Despite some cleanliness issues, the room itself had a warm atmosphere was great.

The friendly staff were genuinely caring, going the extra mile by even tidying up our dishes. The location was excellently quiet, perfect for families, but do note the water pressure could use some improvement. Can't wait to return!
